Unable to power up Vmware Guest OS

Today I unable to start my Vmware guest OS (ubuntu desktop x64). Mainly due to my home electric power failure, the day before. The error is related to the locked files/folders still exists in the Host computer and i deleted those locked folders only and I can start up my guest OS.

Error Message:
Failed to power on: A general system error occurred:
Message from debhost1: Cannot open the disk '/var/lib/vmware/Virtual Machines/vm-ubuntu-srv-x64/vm-ubuntu-srv-x64.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on. Reason: Failed to lock the file.
