Just finished to install Ubuntu Desktop x64 as Guest OS with VMware Server 2.0 and the Host OS is Debian Lenny x64.
Time is now rather late, need to back to sleep, need to get enough sleep for tomorrow to start work. To continue find the way to install VMware Tools onto this new Guest OS.
