One thing, I do believe is that – human factors or attitude:
some people saying the system slow, especially they have urgent things need to be completed or close deadline, or they got too much of tasks to do. Or they have no other better reason to tell management that actually they are do things slow. Or they are just impatient.
So, what about the remaining users who are not complaint about slow system?
Could be just because they already get use to it, or they patient, they plan their time well, no last minute jobs, or…etc
