TrendMicro OfficeScan and ServerProtect do not support for Windows Server 2008, yet!! I just couldn't find the information about their antivirus products are certified for Windows Server 2008. Alternatively, I could choose to use Symantec Endpoint Security, but I have read meny articles about it have numbers of prolem when installed in Windows Server 2008.
