Shutdown error - Can't deactivate volume group

I have reinstalled my computer to replace Debian Lenny 5.0 with Debian Squeeze 6.0 and I re-do all harddisk partitions. All in a Volume Group with EXT4. Except for /boot partition is in EXT2 format, because during booting, it cannot recognize EXT4 and volume group.

Everything are fine, but during shutdown I noticed a error message : Can't deactivate volume group...

After searching internet, I found reason of this error, is due to the /root partition is in volume group cannot be deactivated during shutdown, it is a minor bug, will not cause any issue.
